  • I purchased a package- now what do i do?

    During the checkout process you were asked a number of questions including what the concerns are at your venue from your perspective (if any) and your contact details. Once your payment has been received in full, our team will plan a visit and you will receive the report in 2-3weeks to your nominated email address. 

  • What if I need to add more information that I forgot to add at checkout?

    That’s not a problem, just send our team an email and include your venue’s name, to insights@cafelitika.com and we will add the update your portfolio. 

  • Do I have to pay for your purchases as well as the package I purchased?

    No. You don’t pay for anything aside from the package price. We cover all costs associated with purchases, travel and incidentals.

  • When will you visit our venue ?

    You can choose for us to visit during the day or evening and if this falls on a weekend or during the week. But to keep our interaction with your staff and venue as authentic as possible, we do not reveal the specific day or time we will visit or have visited. the key to our service is remaining anonymous.
